This is indeed a out-of-the-norm kind of photomanipulation.
The abstractness of it is really cool and it's original. The grey looks like markers or perhaps colored pencils? (is it?), it's well-done! _{if there is traditional art involved, I think the category should be Mixed media btw <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title="Wink/Razz"/>}

From the thumbnail, it looked really cool and I had to check it out, but in big, I shall admit that it's not a very attractive piece... Maybe the baby throws off the viewer a bit, and sometimes it makes it hard to give an opinion on such unusual work.
I like the abstract-ness of the metallic... thing. (Sorry for being so vague, I don't want to make embarrassing guesses on what it is...)
The red lined pattern look exotic and cool, great work on that as well!
